Tell me about yourself and your personal style...

I have always loved the gypsy style - growing up on a farm I wore skirts with gumboots everyday (and still do) I love to keep it feminine even though I am not always such a girly girl. At highschool my friend and I wore op shop floaty skirts and stuck out becuase of it, now it is on trend, I love that boho style is in, my cuppa tea! 

What attracted you to the collection piece you selected? 

I love the soft florals of this dress - but also becuase of its practicality! Pregnant, it works with growing bump (and growing breasts ) but it’s great because it buttons down at the front being good for breast feeding. What’s more is it has POCKETS! Nothing better than a dress with pockets - particularly when you are a mum… Its got my name all over it!

Was it true to size and style as detailed in the product description?

Yes good true to size - I am usually a 8-10 ordered the 12 its nice and comfortable with room for expansion without being really gapy around the chest.

 

How would you describe your body shape ie. tall/short/curvy etc and how does this item suit it?

I am thin in the waist and curvy in the hips - this dress suits me because it is flattering around the bodice and loose for my hips and butt! Nice!

Whats your favourite time of the year and why?

Fav time of the year is of course Summer - being a beach water baby we love spending hot days in the ocean. I like easy breasy clothing, colours and flowers. Ice creams, chilled wine and beer, long days, yes, summer is my fav. 

If you could be any animal which would you be?

If I was an animal, I would be a cat. I think I have been a cat before in a past life. If I was a cat, I could bask in the sun and get massages by my minions all day long. But the 10 year old Kate would say a Dolphin, also another dream animal to be.
